ICT Solutions & Digital Transformation Consultant 

Job Description 

We are seeking a dynamic ICT Solutions & Digital Transformation Consultant to lead the strategic planning, client engagement, and technical solutioning of digital transformation projects focused on privacy-first technologies and cloud-enabled enterprise environments. This role bridges technical ICT implementation and strategic business alignment, ensuring our clients can securely modernize their infrastructure while maintaining compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR, the AI Act, and NIS2. 

You will work across functions and regions to advise on and deliver cutting-edge solutions that transform how sensitive data is handled, stored, and secured in cloud and telecommunications environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Consult and lead enterprise clients through end-to-end ICT transformation initiatives—focusing on privacy, compliance, and secure cloud adoption. 

• Design and deliver tailored ICT architectures that support secure communications, hosting, and compliance-aligned data operations. 

• Advise stakeholders on digital transformation strategies, integrating privacy-by-design principles into technical roadmaps and infrastructure modernization. 

• Translate regulatory mandates (e.g., GDPR, AI Act) into system-level requirements, supporting implementation of MAYA’s solutions like AppSafe, FileSafe, and AISafe. 

• Lead multi-market ICT solution deployments, ensuring alignment with data localization, interoperability, and privacy standards across jurisdictions. 

• Collaborate with internal teams including product, legal, and engineering to create value-driven, compliant, and scalable ICT offerings. 

• Support go-to-market planning, developing client-facing content and enablement tools to accelerate adoption of privacy-centric solutions. 

• Represent the organization in client-facing meetings, solution workshops, and industry events, providing thought leadership in secure digital transformation. 

Required Qualifications 

• 10+ years of experience in ICT solutions, enterprise account strategy, or digital transformation consulting. 

• Demonstrated success in implementing cloud, telecom, or IoT-based enterprise solutions. 

• Strong understanding of international data privacy regulations and their impact on ICT architectures. 

• PGDBA/MBA or equivalent business degree, plus relevant technical certifications (e.g., SAP, Cloud, Telecom). 

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership skills. 

• Experience working across international markets and cross-cultural teams.

The Opportunity 

We’re seeking a highly experienced ICT Solutions & Digital Transformation Consultant to lead our strategic client engagements. In this role, you’ll drive the delivery of secure, scalable, and regulation-compliant ICT infrastructures—serving enterprises across finance, healthcare, and telecom sectors. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape data privacy transformations that are not only technically sound but operationally resilient. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and implement enterprise ICT strategies centered around secure cloud and telecom infrastructure. 

• Translate privacy regulations (GDPR, AI Act, NIS2) into actionable technical roadmaps. 

• Lead the deployment of MAYA’s privacy-first SaaS solutions across multi-national clients. 

• Collaborate with product, legal, and engineering teams to ensure integrated delivery. 

• Conduct client workshops and stakeholder consultations to support solution adoption. 

• Represent MAYA in conferences, partner discussions, and regulatory briefings. 

Who You Are 

• 10+ years in ICT consulting, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise digital transformation. 

• Demonstrated experience implementing privacy-compliant architectures. 

• Excellent knowledge of cloud (AWS, Azure), telecom systems, and data governance principles. 

• Strong interpersonal skills; capable of engaging C-level stakeholders globally. 

• PGDBA/MBA or equivalent with relevant technical certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
