The Role 

Our team is looking for an AI Engineer to join our growing team. As a key contributor you will be part of a leading team to drive and enhance OUR TEAM’s abilities to deliver the highest quality, industry-leading technologies to market.

The ideal candidate will possess an innovative and problem-solving mindset, have a keen eye for software development, and be diligent and passionate about technology. Successful candidates must possess strong computer technical knowledge, technical domain leadership skills and software engineering expertise, and a strong ability to compete effectively while working with diverse teams of engineers and colleagues in a fast-paced, relevant environment. 
 
Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and drive execution of comprehensive, highly effective software for new technology and new product  

• Validate new features before releasing them to customers  

• Collaborate effectively with close knit team to deliver on time with good quality  

• Help contribute to the design and implementation of requirements 

 

Academic Credentials 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related discipline 

• Or certificate in programming, or related technical discipline 

 

Required Experience 

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Python, other tools for AI deployment  

• Proficiency with API development/ integration and database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL and others  

• Practical experience working with LLMs and SLMs or ML models 

• Solid understanding of object-oriented-design principles 

• Solid understanding of Software Engineering principles, Data structure, algorithms 

• Excellent design and code development skills, familiarity with modern software tools and techniques for development  

• Experience in writing technical documentation, including Specifications, Test Plans and User Guides 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• A self-starter and team player, with a positive attitude and good inter-personal skills
